ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ(ನ.8): ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ತೂಬಗೆರೆಯ ಕುರುಬ ಸಮಾಜದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ  ದಾಸವರೇಣ್ಯ ಕನಕದಾಸ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು  ತೂಬಗೆರೆ ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಾಲಂಕಾರಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಕದಾಸರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವಿಟ್ಟು  ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ, ಅನ್ನದಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಹನೀಯರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು.

 

ತೂಬಗೆರೆ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ರವಿಸಿದ್ದಪ್ಪ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಕನಕದಾಸರ ಹುಟ್ಟು, ಬಾಲ್ಯದ ಜೀವನ ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಕನಕದಾಸರು ಕೀರ್ತನಕಾರರಾಗಿ, ತತ್ವಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿ, ಸಂತರಾಗಿ, ದಾರ್ಶನಿಕರಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡಿನ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಗೆ ಕನಕದಾಸರು ನೀಡಿದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅನನ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಉಡುಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಪರಮ ಭಕ್ತರಾದ ಕನಕದಾಸರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣನನ್ನು ಒಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಇತಿಹಾಸ. ದಾಸರ ಬದುಕಿನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಗುರುತುಗಳೇ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ದಾರಿದೀಪ ಎಂದರು.

 

ಯುವ ಮುಖಂಡ ಉದಯ ಆರಾಧ್ಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಕನಕದಾಸರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 15-16ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಪಂಥದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಹರಿದಾಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರು. ತನ್ನ ಕೃತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ  ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಜಾತಿ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಳಚರಿತ್ರೆ, ಹರಿಭಕ್ತಿಸಾರ, ರಾಮಧಾನ್ಯಚರಿತ್ರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಹನತರಂಗಿಣಿ ಅವರ ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಕೃತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು.

ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ತೂಬಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ವೋಟ್ ಚೋರಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಸಹಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಕೆ.ಎಚ್.ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಆರ್.ವಿ. ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಿ.ಆರ್ ಗೌಡ್ರು ಹಾಗೂ ತೂಬಗೆರೆ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ರವಿ ಸಿದ್ದಪ್ಪನವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದೇಶ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ತೂಬಗೆರೆ ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಅಂತರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೆಲ್ಲುಕುಂಟೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಗುದ್ದಲಿ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಆಹಾರ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಕೆ.ಹೆಚ್ ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.

ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ತೂಬಗೆರೆ ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಅಂತರಹಳ್ಳಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ 2.25 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಿ. ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂ.ಡಿ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ 2.25 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಮಳೂರು ಕ್ರಾಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಅಂತರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಲ್ಲಾಳಸಂದ್ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಚ್ಚಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಗುದ್ದಲಿ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಿಪ್ಪೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ನೆಲ್ಲುಕುಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಗುಂಡಮಗೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದವರೆಗೆ 40 ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

 

ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು ನಾನು ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಲ್ಲ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಪಣತೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ದೇಶ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯ ಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಸದಾ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆಯಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

 

ತೀರಾ ಕಳಪೆ ಮಟ್ಟದ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಆದಷ್ಟೂ ಬೇಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ನಗರದ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೋತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪಗೊಂಡ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೇ ಈ ತಾಲೂಕು ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೋತ್ಪನ್ನ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸಂಘ ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸಂತೆ ಮತದಾರ ಎಂಬುದು ವಸ್ತುವಂತೆ ಕೆಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸ, ರೈತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬುಡಮೇಲೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಹಗಲುಗನಸಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು .

ಕನ್ನಡ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಂಜೀವ್ ನಾಯಕ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ತಾಲೂಕು ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೋತ್ಪನ್ನ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸಂಘದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದೆವು. ಮೊದಲ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲೇ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ರೈತ ಬಾಂಧವರು ಅತಿಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಸೋತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನಮಗೆ ರೈತರು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆನಮಗೆ ರೈತರು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಖುಷಿ ಇದೆ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಆರಂಭ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೋಲಿನ ರುಚಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಸಿರುಸೇನೆ ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ತಿಮ್ಮಯ್ಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನಮಗೆ ಸಮಯ ಅಭಾವದಿಂದ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಹಲವಾರು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಆದರೂ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿ ನಮಗೆ ಮತ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತರಿಗೂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಾವು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡದೇ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎದುರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ನಾವು ಸೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ , ನಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಕನ್ನಡಪರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ಚಿಂತಕರು, ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
